Last weekend saw me trading at Bristol Comic Con and Gaming Festival awith Mr SockJems and the littlest SockJem and we had lots of fun! Thanks to everyone who popped by the stall, we had lots of fun meeting you all.
Here are my highlights!
Look how big my stall was!! I was a bit nervous about filling this much space and thought I didn't have enough stock - boy was I wrong! I'll be looking at getting this size stall for other events in the future.
The Littlest SockJem came with me to this event and he had a great time, I hardly saw him as he was far to busy investigating. He held lizards and snakes and the Raptors World Dinosaur I met at Bath Comic Con was there too, as Bryn is a huge dinosaur fan (he has been watching jurassic park once a week at least for the last 4 years) he loved meeting the dinosaur.
As usual I took a little trip around the trading area to buy, I mean look around. There was a gorgeous acrylic jewellery stand that I instantly fell in love with called Ellees Attic who has the most amazing necklaces, I really want this one.
Charming Sushi were also there selling the cutest Japanese imported merchandise too like these pencil cases that look like real sandwiches.
I was able to resist buying anything until I saw something that made me squeal like a child. Mr SockJems and myself collect themed Monopoly sets and we have quite a few now (most haven't even been played with) so when I saw this I had to have it!
STRANGER THINGS MONOPOLY!
I didn't even know it existed until I saw it! I LOVE Stranger Things and I LOVE Monopoly so whats not to like?!
I don't know if I can bring myself to open it though, this may become a looking at Monopoly.
So there you go, my random musings about last weekends convention. This weekend we are at Bristol Anime and Gaming Con, my absolute favourite to trade at so I will tell you all how it went next week!
